Welcome.
I’m glad you’re here.
I believe that the therapeutic process can help facilitate change and healing, and I consider it a privilege to sit with individuals and couples as they embark on this journey.

I work with individuals and couples as they seek to navigate a variety of issues. I love journeying with people as they desire to have health and freedom in their relationships, more clarity about who they are, what they want, and what they need to flourish moving forward, experience healing from trauma of all kinds, and sometimes are simply in need of a safe place to share their feelings. In addition to the variety of approaches and tools we can use together, I am trained as an enneagram teacher and can use this self-awareness tool in conjunction with therapy if helpful. Learn more about how we can journey together.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent over twenty-five years as a singer-songwriter. I believe that this coinciding experience in creative professions gives me a unique perspective as we work together. Additionally, I enjoy facilitating retreats and small groups, and teaching in a variety of settings.
Nashville has been home since 1994; however, I grew up in southeast Virginia and still love getting to the ocean whenever possible. My husband and I have been married for twenty-seven years and have three adult children. I love to hike, read, cook, and spend time with family and friends.
